Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Last Contact app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the App.

The App

Last Contact is a personal, on-device tool for remembering people you've met and following up with them. Your data stays on your device — see our Privacy Policy.

Last Contact Plus subscription

Some features ("Plus") are available through an auto-renewing subscription:

• Pricing: $3.99/month or $24.99/year (USD; prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase). An optional free trial may be offered.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.
• Free trial: If you take a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Manage or cancel: You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Purchases are handled by Apple; refund requests are subject to Apple's policies.

Acceptable use

Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including any laws governing the contact information you store.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
